    • The reason for return falls within the accepted categories below.

    • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as advertised, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
    • Incorrect Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong item, we will arrange for a free return and deliver the correct product.
  3. Non-Returnable Items
    Certain items may not be eligible to be returned, including but not limited to:
